This Table is a compilation of case names found in the Fair Employment Practices Manual (FEPM), Individual Employment Rights Manual (IERM), Labor Relations Expediter (LRX), and Wage and Hour Manual (WHM) of BNA's Labor Relations Reporter series. Cases in the Table are listed by plaintiff name alphabetically word-by-word. Hyphenated words are treated as two separate words, not as single words. Numbers are treated as if spelled out.
References are to chapters and page numbers in the manuals. The number before the colon refers to the chapter; the number following the colon refers to the page.
Citations are provided to the full text of cases in the Labor Relations Reference Manual, Fair Employment Practices Cases, Individual Employment Rights Cases, and Wages and Hours Cases services where available.
