Mary Walsh has been an Instructor of Accounting at Florida Atlantic University since joining the faculty in 2008. 

Her prior legal and accounting experience includes roles as Assistant District Attorney/Counsel to the Commissioner, Massachusetts Department of Revenue/Child Support Enforcement Division (1992–1994); Tax Associate, Reznick, Fedder & Silverman, CPAs (1995–1996); Tax Senior, Ernst & Young LLP (1996–1998); Tax Manager, Ernst & Young LLP (1999-2000), Tax Manager Recoton Corporation (2000–2001); and Tax Senior Manager Responder and Reviewer, Mergers & Acquisitions Segment, Ernst & Young's Online Tax Advisor (2001–2005). 

Ms. Walsh has also served as an adjunct professor at Rollins College and University of Central Florida.
