Natanya Allan Esq.

Natanya Holland Allan has dedicated her entire career to estate planning and charitable matters.  She attended law school specifically to practice in these areas and enjoys working with individuals and families to understand their needs and design individualized estate plans to meet their goals.  Natanya was recently recognized by Washingtonian Magazine as a Top Advisor for her expertise in estate planning and charitable giving.

Natanya strives to demystify the estate planning process and finds that clients become most productive once they understand what is involved.  She designs estate plans that ensure her clients’ assets will pass to descendants, charities or other beneficiaries in the secure, tax-efficient manner they intend.  Natanya is experienced in all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, ranging from planning and administration for modest estates to sophisticated tax planning for corporate executives, family businesses and inherited wealth using generation-skipping or dynasty trusts, complex insurance, split-interest trusts, family limited partnerships and intra-family sales and loans.

In addition to her work at Cochran Allan, Natanya serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Tax LLM program at Georgetown University Law Center. She was previously a Partner with Baker & Hostetler in Washington, DC, and began her legal career at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York.
