For a state with no local taxes, New Jersey can be surprisingly complex. With state laws changing every year, and cash-strapped states looking for any opportunity to make revenue, it is more important than ever to stay on top of state regulations.

This webinar will introduce attendees to payroll and payroll tax processing in New Jersey and discuss the requirements in that state. Attendees will learn about all the payroll taxes assessed by the state of New Jersey, and how those taxes are reported and paid. Also covered will be how employers should set employees up to ensure taxes are calculated and remitted properly and best practices for amending returns, resolving tax notices, and dealing with the state agencies.

Independent payroll providers who are beginning to sell in the State of New Jersey will find this webinar helpful. In addition to payroll providers, payroll/tax managers or payroll personnel at corporations who process in New Jersey will also benefit from this Webinar.

Join Summer Poletti, Vice President of Sales for Payroll Tax Management, Inc. (PTM), as she covers the following topics:

•A review of all payroll tax types assessed in the State of New Jersey, including a breakdown on how taxes are paid and reported
