Philip J. Bieluch is an actuarial consultant who has extensive experience in life insurance product development and reinsurance. Phil is a leading actuarial consultant on class action litigation involving life insurance products. Further, he regularly advises clients with respect to the taxation of insurance products and has spoken on the topic at numerous legal and actuarial meetings. Having graduated Trinity College of Hartford, he went on to become a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries in 1981. He is also a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Chartered Life Underwriter and a Chartered Financial Consultant. In previous roles Bieluch has worked as a Vice President US Business Development at Manulife Financial, a Principal at Towers Watson and 2 Bermuda based reinsurance companies.
