New BNA Website Helps Demystify HR Research, Offers Free Metrics Tools

The new Web site, found at http://www.bna.com/surveys, helps fill business leaders' growing need for clear guidance on how to use human resources research results effectively.

“Many HR professionals trying to measure performance get lots of information thrown at them, but little help actually interpreting and making use of the data,” says Josh Joseph, research director for BNA's HR surveys group. “When it comes to benchmarking, we realize most people don't start on the cutting edge.” Joseph says. By demystifying HR research and explaining how it's used, “we're building a bridge to help get them there.”

Content on the interactive site includes:
