BNA’s print and electronic products address the full range of legislative, regulatory, and economic developments affecting business, and are widely respected for comprehensive and objective reporting and analysis. In 2007, more than half of BNA’s subscription revenue was generated by electronic products, most of which are delivered on the Web.

Employee Stock Ownership

Employee ownership, the cornerstone of BNA, is fueled by employee purchases of stock through the Stock Purchase and Transfer Plan and through the BNA 401(k) Plan. There is no established public trading market for any of BNA’s three classes of stock, but the Stock Purchase and Transfer Plan provides employees a market in which Class A stock can be bought and sold.
