Elly Snyder, of Tamagna/Snyder Associates, is a training and organizational development consultant with over 25 years experience in education, management development, training, project management, and business consulting. Elly began her career in education as a teacher, teacher trainer, and administrator in both private and public schools. In 1984 she moved into the corporate sector as an HR generalist at BNA, a national publisher. During the next 20 years, she held the positions of Employment and Employee Development Manager and Director of Training and Organizational Development in the Human Resources Department, Project Manager in the Sales and Marketing department, and internal business consultant in the Executive Department. Elly has designed and presented a wide range of training both as an internal and external consultant including such topics as team building, conflict management, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, facilitation, training design, workflow analysis, performance management, hiring, and interviewing. Her program experience includes development of management assessment and feedback programs, employee assessment and skills based training programs, corporate career development and mentoring programs, and a corporate-wide total quality program. Elly has also worked with numerous business unit heads to design and facilitate strategic planning initiatives and business development and process improvement projects.

Elly holds an M.Ed. from the University of Miami and a BS in Education from the University of Massachusetts.
