Based in Baker & McKenzie’s Hanoi office, Mr. Quach’s practice focuses on intellectual property, data privacy, internet and technology, anti-counterfeiting, anti-piracy, dispute resolution and litigation. Mr. Quach specializes in contentious IP matters including appeal practice, litigation, unfair competition, domain name dispute, copyright, internet and technology laws. Before joining Baker & McKenzie, he gained 6 years experience in trademark and copyright registration, IP enforcement, technology transfer and licensing as an intellectual property attorney in a local law firm.
Mr. Quach graduated from the Hanoi University of Law (1999), obtained a LLM at Nagoya University, Japan and speaks fluent English in addition to his native Vietnamese.
