Richard Bingler is a legal editor with U.S. Patents Quarterly. He has been writing for Bloomberg BNA since 1997 and has been with U.S. Patents Quarterly since 2002. Before that he was an editor with BNA's Human Resources Library. He has a law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and a bachelor's degree from the University of Mississippi.
