Richard A. Gordon is a former tax principal, Washington International Tax Group, Deloitte Tax LLP. He was also a tax partner, Director of International Specialty at Arthur Andersen; Deputy Chief of Staff and International Tax Counsel, Joint Committee on Taxation, United States Congress; Special Counsel for International Taxation, Internal Revenue Service; and Assistant to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue Service.
