Ross N. Cohen

Mr. Cohen is Of Counsel at Baker Donelson in Birmingham. His practice focuses on taxation and tax planning, wealth-transfer planning, estate planning, asset protection planning, business organizations, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. His business practice has involved tax planning for start-up entities and established businesses, executive compensation matters, tax-free organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities. He holds a Master of Laws in Taxation and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law, a Master of Tax and Accounting from the University of Alabama Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
