Dan Sedor, a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, is an experienced litigator and trial lawyer whose practice focuses on complex business disputes, including the prosecution and defense of breach of contract, business tort, fraud, trade secret and unfair competition claims, hotel management disputes, partnership and corporate disagreements and dissolution, attorneys' fee disputes, and the enforcement of creditors' rights. 

Mr. Sedor also specializes in electronic discovery and privacy and security, counseling clients on retention requirements for electronically stored information and the discovery and use of that information in litigation, as well as on issues relating to the protection of sensitive electronic and related privacy rights.

Mr. Sedor received his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola Law School.


He is a co-author of Bloomberg BNA Corporate Practice Portfolio Series No. 86, Records Retention for Enterprise Knowledge Management.
