Brit K. Seifert is an attorney with Paul Hastings LLP who counsels and represents employers in areas of employment law including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination, as well as administrative proceedings.

Ms. Seifert served as a member of the Education Initiative Committee of the Cleveland Bar Association, and as a member of the Executive Cabinet of the Young Lawyers Section of the Cleveland Bar Association. Among her publications, Ms. Seifert co-authored “Preserving Independent Contractor Status in an Increasingly Hostile Environment” (Association of Corporate Counsel Docket, April 2011). She was previously an attorney with Jones Day.

Ms. Seifert received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Baldwin-Wallace College and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

She is a co-author of the Bloomberg BNA treatise Reductions in Force in Employment Law.
