BNA’s EHS Quarterly Review
Second Quarter 2009
Climate change may have dominated headlines during the second quarter of 2009 but significant developments also occurred in many other areas of environment and safety policymaking. Initiatives of the U.S. Congress, regulatory agencies such as the Environmental Protection Agency and Occupational Safety and Health Administration, state legislators and regulators, and courts across the nation charted new ideas and directions, and various international actions also had an influence.
