Stefanie has extensive experience drafting benefit plan documents, plan amendments, and summary plan descriptions, which are compliant with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code; and analyzing issues related to Section 409A of the Internal Revenue Code.
     
Prior to joining Littler Mendelson, Stefanie was an associate in the ERISA practice of another firm and a law clerk for Judge Robert G. Millenky, New Jersey Superior Court, Camden County, New Jersey, from 2004 to 2005. Prior to law school, she worked as an employee benefits communications consultant at two nationally recognized consulting firms.
