Bruce H. Stoner, Jr., who is Of Counsel with Greenblum & Bernstein, P.L.C., retired from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in 2030 after a 33 year career there. Judge Stoner's positions at the USPTO included Patent Examiner, Administrative Patent Judge, Vice Chief Administrative Patent Judge, and Chief Administrative Patent Judge. As USPTO Chief Judge, he presided over creation of Trial Section of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences and initiation of associated rulemaking.

Judge Stoner earmed his B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University and his J.D., cum laude, from the American University Washington College of Law.

He is a co-author of the Bloomberg BNA treatise Post-grant Patent Practice.
