Monique Sturny is an associate in the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition Team of Walder Wyss Ltd. in Zurich. She advises Swiss and international companies with respect to all aspects of competition law, distribution law and contract law matters. A further strong focus of her practice is on data protection and information technology law matters. She advises clients in setting up of distribution systems and compliance programs, covering in particular both competition law as well as data protection law aspects. Monique Sturny represents clients in proceedings before courts and administrative bodies. She regularly publishes in her areas of practice. Recently, she co-authored a commentary on the Swiss data protection act.
