Michelle T. Sullivan is Director of Labor Relations, University of Michigan Health Systems in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was formerly a Partner with Allotta Farley Co., L.P.A. in Toledo, Ohio.
Ms. Sullivan has served as Union Co-Chair of the American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution in LEL Committee and a member of the AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee.
Before attending law school, Ms. Sullivan worked as a high school English teacher. She earned her B.S., cum laude, from Ohio University and received her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
She is an Associate Editor of the Bloomberg BNA treatise Elkouri & Elkouri: How Arbitration Works.
