Daniel H. Tabak is a Partner at Cohen & Gresser LLP and a member of the firm's Litigation and Arbitration group. Mr. Tabak's practice focuses on the financial services industry, and he advises clients on securities litigation, complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, regulatory enforcement, and internal investigations. He has arbitrated matters for both claimants and respondents before FINRA and other arbitration groups.
Prior to joining Cohen & Gresser, Mr. Tabak was a litigation associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Allyne R. Ross of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
He earned his A.B., cum laude, from Harvard University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School.
Mr. Tabak is a co-author of the Bloomberg BNA Securities Practice Portfolio Series No. 289, FINRA Arbitration and Enforcement: A Legal and Practical Guide.
