Kevin C. Taylor is a Partner in Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP's Business Services Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mr. Taylor focuses his practice on complex outsourcing, technology, commercial, and intellectual property transactions. He handles the negotiation of technology and corporate transactions involving computer systems, outsourcing, e-commerce, patent licenses, intellectual property, content distribution, and computer hardware. In addition, he litigates information technology and intellectual property issues in federal and state courts, and appeals, including litigation of software, outsourcing, electronic component industry, copyright and trademark infringement, and general commercial claims.

Prior to joining Schnader, Mr. Taylor founded his own firm specializing in information technology, corporate, and intellectual property law. He has a background in business as a supervisor for the data processing department of Exchange National Bank and as an officer with U.S. Trust Corporation.

He is a frequent speaker and writer on issues concerning information technology, security, e-commerce, cyberspace law, and outsourcing.

Mr. Taylor received his B.A. from Eckerd College, a M.A. from the Catholic University of America, and a J.D. from New York Law School.

He is the author of Bloomberg BNA's FinTech Law: Technology Law in the Financial Services Industry.
