The following Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the entire group of World Wide Web sites created and provided by The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc., and its subsidiary companies, inclusive of but not limited to all written and graphic or design materials, underlying HTML or other source files, discussion groups and e-mail features offered as part of any BNA Web site, all of which are defined collectively as the "Site".

Customer Agreement

This BNA Customer Agreement is between THE BUREAU OF NATIONAL AFFAIRS, INC., 1801 S. Bell Street, Arlington, VA  22202, and/or a wholly owned subsidiary of BNA including TAX MANAGEMENT INC., and BNA INTERNATIONAL, INC. (referred to as “BNA”) and Customer. 

Copyright Guidelines

The copyright laws give BNA (as the copyright owner) the exclusive right to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute, perform, and publicly display a copyright work. The laws are intended to protect the owner’s intellectual property in the work, and to protect print and electronic works, such as publications, books, Web-based applications, videos, and software. Works are protected even if they are not registered with the U.S. Copyright Office, or do not carry the copyright symbol “©”. Generally, the author has exclusive rights to do what he/she wants with the work.

Privacy Policy

BNA publishes its information services in print and various electronic media, including Web-based formats. We are continually adapting to changes in technology to bring you the information you rely on faster and more efficiently than ever before.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the information BNA publishes, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered.
