Accessibility

The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc. and its subsidiary companies (“BBNA”) are committed to making their Web content accessible to people with disabilities. BBNA has devoted significant resources to improving accessibility. With some exceptions, BBNA’s products are compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0.

 BNA.com Terms and Conditions of Use

These BNA.com Terms of Service including, but not limited to, the BNA.com Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the entire group of World Wide Web sites created and provided by BBNA, with the exception of the BLOOMBERGLAW.com website, which is governed by the Terms of Service for the BLOOMBERG LAW® website. These BNA.com Terms of Service are inclusive of, but not limited to, all written and graphic or design materials, underlying HTML or other source files, discussion groups, and e-mail features.

Customer Agreement

The BBNA Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between BBNA and customer. In addition to these BNA.com Terms of Service, the terms and conditions of the Agreement apply to the usage of BBNA’s products.

Bloomberg BNA Copyright and Usage Guidelines

The copyright laws give BBNA (as the copyright owner) the exclusive right to reproduce, prepare derivative works, distribute, perform, and publicly display a copyright work. The laws are intended to protect the owner’s intellectual property in the work, and to protect print and electronic works, such as publications, books, web-based applications, videos, and software. The Bloomberg BNA Copyright and Usage Guidelines are designed to assist our customers in obtaining maximum value from BBNA’s products.

Privacy Policy

BBNA publishes its information services in print and various electronic media, including web-based formats. We are continually adapting to changes in technology to bring you the information you rely on faster and more efficiently than ever before. The Privacy Policy applies to all BBNA Products, with the exception of Bloomberg Law®, which is governed by the Bloomberg Law Online Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the information BNA publishes, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered.
