Tom Meyer joined Horst Frisch as an Analyst in 1992 and, after completing his M.B.A., rejoined the firm as an Associate in 1997. He became a Director in 2004 and a Managing Director in 2006. 

During his many years at the firm, Mr. Meyer has provided expert analysis to a variety of U.S. and foreign-based multinational companies and to the IRS. He has advised clients on a range of transfer pricing issues involving tax planning, documentation, audits, and Advance Pricing Agreements. 

Mr. Meyer's areas of expertise include the valuation of tangible and intangible assets, financial statement analysis, and transfer pricing accounting issues. 

Prior to joining Horst Frisch, he was a Legislative Correspondent for a United States Senator where he worked on tax, business, and agricultural issues.
