Three Advanced Asset Protection Trust Structures That Advisors Will Want to Understand and May Want to Recommend is the tenth webinar in the Practical and Creative Planning for Tax and Legal Professionals series, brought to you by leading experts Alan Gassman and Jerry Hesch. This series is designed to bring together some of the top names in the estate tax business to show how you can refine and deploy the best planning techniques for your clients in this 11-part program.
This presentation will take estate planners beyond the basics of creditor protection trusts and offshore entity planning rules, and illustrate three actual, well-designed wealth protection arrangements that have been established for estate tax, family wealth continuation, and creditor protection purposes.
• Discover how domestic and foreign creditor protection trusts are commonly used, implemented and maintained for maximum results, and their potential as an asset-protection strategy.
• Learn how subsidiary entities can be implemented to enhance planning and to minimize tax consequences.
• Learn how multiple jurisdiction planning can enhance a United States estate plan, accomplish client objectives, avoid unnecessary probate costs, and create a more efficient administration.
• Learn how debt and equity can be structured between family entities for multiple purpose planning and protection.
Who would benefit most from attending this program?
Estate Gift and Tax planners, Tax attorneys, and CPAs.
