Tim has over twenty years of experience in providing consulting, compliance and tax provision services to multinational corporate clients.  Tim focuses on tax planning related to international mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, foreign tax credit analysis, and cross-border financing.  Tim also designs and implements strategies that help companies structure their value chain functions and intellectual property in a tax efficient manner, including utilizing principal or central entrepreneur companies.

Tim spent a year in the Washington D.C. National Office, working with the International and Subchapter C Tax Specialty Teams.  He is a frequent speaker and author on international tax topics, including co-authoring the update of the BNA Tax Management Portfolio Foreign Corporation Earnings and Profits, and contributing to Practicing Law Institute, Tax Management International Journal, and American Bar Association publications.
