Scott Falk, Executive Editor, Bloomberg BNA
Scott Falk is executive editor of the health care division at Bloomberg BNA. He has been with BNA since 1987, holding various editorial positions on the Health Care Daily Report, Health Law Reporter, Medicare Report, and the Bloomberg BNA Health Law Resource Center. Prior to joining BNA, Scott worked as a paralegal at Bredhoff & Kaiser P.L.L.C. in Washington. Scott holds a bachelors degree from Wesleyan University and a masters degree in education from Brown University.

Lisa Rockelli, Managing Editor, Bloomberg BNA
Lisa Rockelli is a Managing Editor for Bloomberg BNA's Medicare Report, Health Care Fraud Report, Health Insurance Report, Health IT Law & Industry Report and Health Care Compliance Guide. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Political Science from the George Washington University. Ms. Rockelli is a well-respected member of the Bloomberg BNA team and has a high level of expertise in health care related products.

Michael Eisenstein is Vice President and Group Publisher, Legal & Business Publishing, responsible for the growth and editorial development of a business unit with more than 30 practice areas focused on law firm and corporate legal markets. He joined BNA in May 2009. Previously, he served as Vice President of Publishing Development at LexisNexis, where he led product development across all of the business units. He was Vice President and Publisher at Garland Law Publishing and Editorial Director at Matthew Bender and Company, overseeing the criminal law and practice division. He maintained a solo appellate practice from 1976 until 1997, specializing in civil and criminal appeals.

Eisenstein holds a B.A. in political science from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University, and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar, and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is the co-author of Business Crime: Criminal Liability of the Business Community.

This program is CLE pre-approved in the states of Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Arizona, Texas and California. Additionally, this program is CLE credit eligible in most other MCLE states with the exceptions of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kansas and Nebraska.

Hardship Policy
Bloomberg BNA offers a hardship policy for attorneys earning less than $50,000 per year. If an attorney wishes to take advantage of this option, he or she must contact Bloomberg BNA directly. For attorneys who are unemployed or earning less than $35,000 per year, a full discount off the price of the program will be awarded upon written proof of hardship. Attorneys earning between $35,000 and $50,000 per year will receive a 50% discount off the price of the program. Any attorney working in the public service sector also qualifies for a special price.
