UDATE: Transfer Pricing Developments Panel Broadened to Include New Speaker, Practical Experiences

RSS

The June 6 panel on transfer pricing developments, rather than focusing solely on the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) will consider emerging economies overall. The panel—featuring IRS Deputy Director (International) Michael Danilack and moderator Carol Dunahoo of Baker & McKenzie, a former U.S. Competent–now also includes Archie Parnell, a managing director at Goldman Sachs.

This session, which will conclude the first day of the conference, will examine recent developments in transfer pricing in emerging economies through the eyes of government officials, practitioners, and company representatives. It will consider emerging transfer pricing issues as well as challenges and opportunities for tax administrations and domestic and cross-border dispute resolution, with a focus on practical experiences and future perspectives.
