Dina is a Senior Consultant in the Detroit office of Deloitte’s Compensation and Benefits group and has over 33 years of experience specializing in the area of payroll, (both Domestic and International), benefits, taxes and management in the private sector and as an educator. Dina’s experiences and responsibilities have spanned over multi-state, multi-company and unionized environments.
Dina received her Certified Payroll Professional (C.P.P.) designation in 1988. Dina is an active member of the American Payroll Association (APA) since 1985 both on the local and national levels. Dina speaks at many APA seminars and teaches payroll and human resource material at Eastern Michigan University. Dina has published articles on payroll material, both for the APA and RIA and is on APA’s Government Affairs Task Force. Dina received a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois.

Blake Springer, GPHR

Blake is a Senior Manager in the Global Employer Services group of Deloitte Tax LLP. His specialty area is the Global Mobility Services practice and he has over seventeen years of international assignment compensation administration and consulting experience and five years of experience with domestic relocations. Blake’s experiences and responsibilities include expatriate compensation administration, global payroll coordination, developing technology solutions, process management, new engagement setups, relocation benefit tax classifications, training, and assignee administration.
Blake received his Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) designation in 2008. Blake is a member of the Society of Human Resources and American Payroll Association. He received his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan – Dearborn with a concentration in Professional Accounting.
