The U.S. Tax Court announced that it has proposed amendments to its Rules of Practice and Procedure.
Some of the proposals, announced Dec. 28, reduce the copies required for papers filed by the court, require electronic filing by most parties represented by counsel, provide privacy protections in whistleblower cases, and make other miscellaneous and conforming changes.
