Nearly 60 million U.S. homes are capable of watching VOD provided directly from their pay TV service. But Bloomberg BNA’ s Fall 2012 survey indicates that most multichannel video customer households watch only an hour or two of on-demand content from their cable, satellite, or telco TV provider and nearly half of those households never use the VOD available to them.
