Virginia Business Magazine picked up the 27th annual Bloomberg BNA Employer Bargaining Objectives survey of employers' goals for their 2012 round of bargaining with the unions that represent their workers. The report is based on responses from 117 employers representing a wide range of industries throughout the U.S., and lists employers’ bargaining ‘'wish lists’‘ on a wide range of issues, including compensation, health care, life insurance, retirement and pension benefits, paid leave and job security.
