Full-Text Database
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office now offers access to separate
bibliographic and full-text patent databases, including full-page
images. These databases cover the period from 1 January 1976 to
the most recent weekly issue date (usually each Tuesday).

Trademark Applications
& Registrations Retrieval System (TARR) database can be

obtained from the USPTO's internal database.

association of lawyers practicing in the areas of patent, trademark,
and copyright law. The site provides access to news, legislative
activities, publications, IP links, Amicus Briefs, and AIPLA publications.

This licenser of photocopy reproduction rights provides access to
current copyright news, press releases, seven searchable databases,
and a collection of copyright-related websites including international
copyright organizations.

The Intellectual

Provides access to current IP daily news, federal circuit opinion

ICANN
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers is responsible
for the IP address space allocation, protocol parameter assignment,
domain name system management, and root server system management
functions.
NCCUSA
National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (working
drafts site). In association with the University of Pennsylvania
Law School, the conference is making drafts of Uniform and Model
Acts available as WordPerfect/Word, Adobe PDF, and generic text.

Property Organization

The European Communities Trade Mark Association deals with problems

The International Trademark Association is a not-for-profit worldwide
