Arnold Zack is an Arbitrator and Mediator of over 5,000 Labor Management Disputes since 1957. Mr. Zack has served as President of the Asian Development Bank Administrative Tribunal, designer of employment dispute resolution systems, a member of the Steering Committee for the Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague, and occasional consultant for the governments of the United States (Department of State, Peace Corps, Department of Labor, Department of Commerce), Australia, Cambodia, Greece, Israel, Italy, Philippines, and South Africa, as well as the International Labor Organization, International Monetary Fund, InterAmerican Development Bank, and UN Development Program. He has also been a Member of Four Presidential Emergency Boards (chair of two).

Mr. Zack received his B.A. from Tufts University, his LL.B. from Yale Law School and an M.P.A. from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

He is the co-author of the Bloomberg BNA treatise Labor Agreement in Negotiation and Arbitration.
