Jayne Zanglein is a professor and the Executive Director of the North Carolina Agricultural Mediation Program at Western Carolina University. She previously served as Provost of the
National Labor College and was the J. Hadley Edgar Professor of Law
at Texas Tech University School of Law. Before joining academia,
Professor Zanglein was an ERISA practitioner for 10 years heading
the ERISA Department at Vladeck, Waldman, Elias & Engelhard and
serving as in-house counsel and plan administrator for a
Taft-Hartley plan.
Professor Zanglein earned her B.M.E. from the Berklee College of Music and her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
She is a co-author of the Bloomberg BNA treatise ERISA Litigation.
