April 27—The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZRA) will only accept electronically filed Pay As You Earn Remittances Advice Forms, known as P2s, effective April 1, 2016, ZRA recently announced.

The Pay As You Earn forms must be submitted monthly by the 10th day of the following month.

The ZRA will not longer accept tax returns which are submitted manually, the notice said.

Zimbabwe joins Austria, Indonesia and South Africa in declaring electronic tax payment and form submission mandatory in the past six months.
