Mr. Anderson is a Partner with Smith, Katzenstein & Jenkins LLP in Wilmington, Del. where he practices in the areas of commercial and corporate transaction/financing, commercial and general civil litigation, employment law and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Anderson has served as Delaware counsel to financial institutions, corporate trustees, limited partnerships, and other parties in both domestic and international transactions, including leveraged lease, asset securitization, private equity financing and other business ventures.

Mr. Anderson's practice includes advising clients and issuing third party opinion letters on the formation, organization, conversion and dissolution of Delaware entities, the duties (including fiduciary duties) and liabilities of directors, managers, members, trustees and partners of Delaware entities, and the perfection of security interests under the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code. He earned his B.F.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and his J.D., (cum laude), from the Widener University School of Law.
