Kirby D. Behre is a Member of Miller & Chevalier's Litigation department and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Mr. Behre is a former federal prosecutor and an accomplished trial lawyer who has tried more than 50 cases before a jury. He has represented companies and individuals in complex business litigation, government and internal investigations, criminal prosecutions and regulatory matters worldwide. He has argued appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, the Second Circuit, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
Mr. Behre received his B.A. from The George Washington University and his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
He is co-author of the Bloomberg BNA Books treatise Responding to Corporate Criminal Investigations.
