Bloomberg Law invites leaders of big law – the top law firms in the country and the legal departments they serve – to the Big Law Business Summit – West. This half-day program and networking event draws upon Big Law Business' in-depth reporting and access to thought leaders and innovators to create a unique forum for legal industry professionals to uncover new opportunities and solve for challenges to our businesses.

The Big Law Business Summit – West will feature a half-day program with keynote interviews, presentations and conclude with a networking event. The event will explore trends, opportunities and challenges, and new developments that are impacting the business of big law – how services are delivered, how value is created for clients, and how firms and legal departments are evolving. In addition to an increase in high-stakes litigation, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s proposed regulation to eliminate arbitration clauses that prevent class action litigation could expose 53,000 companies to new cases. For individuals who are unemployed or earning less than $35,000 per year, a full discount off the price of registration for the program will be awarded. Individuals earning between $35,000 and $50,000 per year will receive a 50% discount off the price of the program.
