Kevin Brady, Of Counsel at Redgrave LLP, has extensive experience representing clients in complex corporate, commercial, and products liability litigation in both federal and state courts. Mr. Brady also focuses his practice on providing advice and counsel on electronic discovery, electronic information management, data privacy, and data security issues.
He regularly advises a wide variety of companies on records retention and information governance programs, compliance with eDiscovery demands, as well as the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the deployment of technology solutions.
Mr. Brady also serves as Delaware counsel in patent litigation as well as environmental insurance coverage litigation and Director & Officer insurance coverage litigation. Additionally, he has represented clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration and administrative matters including class actions, mass torts, products liability, insurance coverage, fraud and breach of contract matters in numerous state and federal courts.
He lectures and publishes extensively in the areas of eDiscovery, records management, data privacy, data security, attorney competence and legal ethics. Prior to joining Redgrave LLP, Kevin was a Partner with Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, LLC; Connolly Bove Lodge & Hurtz LLP; and Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Mr. Brady received his B.A. from the University of Delaware, his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his M.B.A. from Widener University
