Deputy Editorial Director - International Tax

As Deputy Editorial Director for International Tax at Bloomberg BNA, Bruce Reynolds leads a team of editors that is responsible for  Bloomberg BNA's multinational and foreign country reference publications, principally the "Doing Business in" foreign country portfolios and portfolios detailing transfer pricing and competent authority procedures of various countries, as well as other multinational products such as the Tsx Management International Forum and Transfer Pricing Forum (comparative tax analysis publications), and the Withholding, BEPS Tracking, and Multinational Instrument Tracking charts.  In addition, Bruce works closely with the company's international news and notification publications and the Tax Treaties database team, assisting in analyzing international tax and treaty interpretation issues.  Before joining Bloomberg BNA, Bruce was an international specialist principal in the Washington National Tax Office of Deloitte Tax LLP for 28 years, where he focused on cross-border acquisition, investment, and financing structures; deferral issues; and issues of cross-border services organizations.  Before joining Deloitte, he was a Senior Trial Attorney in the US Department of Justice’s Tax Division, focusing on cases involving international tax issues and foreign taxpayers.
