Christopher Ocasal

Christopher (Chris) Ocasal is a principal with Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Ocasal has extensive experience in advising clients with regard to their international tax issues and has substantial expertise in international insurance tax issues.

Mr. Ocasal has worked with U.S. multinationals and foreign multinationals, advising on structuring joint ventures, domestic and international reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, financial products, foreign currency transactions, anti-deferral regimes, withholding tax issues, foreign tax credit planning, and U.S. tax treaties.

Previously Mr. Ocasal was an international tax partner with Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, a principal in the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Washington National Tax Services office for nearly a decade, and a member of Baker & McKenzie.
