Tanya V. Cramer is Of Counsel in Epstein, Becker & Green P.C.’s Health Care and Life Sciences and Litigation practices, in the firm's Washington, DC, office. Her practice focuses on antitrust counseling and litigation primarily for clients in the health care industry. Ms. Cramer has assisted hospitals, insurers, and other clients in obtaining federal antitrust agency approval for proposed mergers and acquisitions, including coordinating economic analyses and efficiency studies, making presentations to the agencies, negotiating terms of Second Requests for information, and preparing cases for litigation.

Ms. Cramer has advised provider networks and insurers regarding various antitrust issues that arise in the context of network formation and contract negotiations. Ms. Cramer has also litigated a variety of antitrust cases concerning health care industry or other industry matters at the trial and appellate levels.

She received her B.A. from Swarthmore College and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Ms. Cramer is a co-author of the Bloomberg BNA Health Law & Business Portfolio Series No. 2300, Accountable Care Organizations and Other Provider Risk Sharing Arrangements.
