Your 10-digit customer number is your own unique Bloomberg BNA identifier, whether you are the end user or subscriber, the one who pays the bills, or the one who receives the publication. There is only one number you need to remember that ties you to all your Bloomberg BNA transactions. Q: When can I expect to receive my Bloomberg BNA invoice for a new or renewal subscription?

A: You should expect to receive an invoice via email for a new subscription within 10 days after placing your order. The invoice to renew your subscription is normally sent 60 days before your subscription expires.
