Daniela Pfeffer is admitted since 2011 to the bar in Chile, where she graduated in 2010 summa cum laude from Pontifica Universidad Católica de Chile.

She worked as an associate of Carey's Tax Group until July, 2014. She advised clients of Chile’s largest law firm on international tax planning, including inbound and outbound investment taxation. She counseled clients on acquiring and setting Chilean businesses, including in the energy sector, and on tax issues of ongoing businesses.

In 2015 she graduated from the LL.M in International Taxation of New York University, after which she worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York as an international tax associate. She advised clients on the tax issues related to their investments in Latin America, from a local and United States federal income tax perspective.

In 2017 she reincorporated to Carey’s tax group. Her practice mainly focuses on international taxation, both inbound and outbound.
