David Glad is a Director of State and Local at Grant Thornton, LLP and is a national leader of unclaimed property. Mr. Glad manages unclaimed property compliance, voluntary disclosure reporting, audit support, internal control and procedure reviews and general consulting engagements. David also practices extensively in federal, state and local tax matters. He has extensive experience in many industries with a focus on financial institutions and financial services.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton in 2007, David was an Associate with Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC and a Tax Accountant with Clairmont, Paciello & Co., PC. Mr. Glad is also a volunteer attorney with Philadelphia VIP (Volunteers for the Indigent Program) where he provides services for low income individuals in the Philadelphia area.
