Mark DeBofsky is a Member of DeBofsky Sherman Casciari Reynolds P.C. He advises clients on a broad range of employee benefits matters including disability insurance, health insurance, retirement and deferred compensation, ERISA, and long term care insurance. He also serves as an adjunct professor of law at John Marshall Law School. Mr. DeBofsky recieved his Bachelor of Art from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, Champaign, Illinois.


He has authored two reports in the Bloomberg BNA Benefits Practitioners’ Strategy Guide:
Navigating ERISA's Claims Review Process and Discretionary Clauses in ERISA Health and Disability Plans—Are They Still Viable? He is also a senior editor of Bloomberg BNA's Employee Benefits Law.
