Meryem Dede is an assistant public defender for the State of Delaware. She began her legal career practicing corporate litigation at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, focusing on business disputes in the Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court. She received her B.Z., from Vanderbilt University and her J.D., from the University of Virginia School of Law. She is a member of the Delaware Bar.
She is a co-author of Bloomberg BNA Corporate Practice Portfolio Series No. 111, Ratifying Defective Corporate Acts at Common Law and by Statute.
