A Partner with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan, Doug Siegler provides sophisticated and practical solutions and strategies to individuals and families on estate planning and administration and the multigenerational transfer of wealth, especially in regards to income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning. He not only advises his clients on wills, trust agreements, insurance and charitable giving programs, but also provides tax and business succession planning advice to owners of closely held businesses. An integral part of Doug’s practice involves U.S. transfer tax planning for persons married to non-United States citizens and persons living outside the United States.
     With more than 25 years of experience, Doug speaks frequently at conferences, including courses for the American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (formerly American Law Institute-American Bar Association).
