A teen standing on Mexican soil was fatally killed by a U.S. Border Patrol Agent standing in Texas. A federal appellate court said the teen’s family can’t sue the border patrol agent in U.S. courts. On Feb. 21, the U.S. Supreme Court will weigh in.
