Susan Eichen is a Partner in Mercer’s New York office, specializing in executive compensation and incentive plan design, accounting for compensation arrangements, and option valuation. Ms. Eichen tracks and interprets significant executive compensation developments with an emphasis on global and US accounting issues and she has over 25 years of experience in executive compensation consulting. Prior to joining Mercer, Ms. Eichen was a manager with Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting Group. Ms. Eichen holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Eichen is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of CPAs.
